A new life for your hotel...

My Story

Travel is my life, storytelling is my tool, communication is my daily work with my partners.
I have been traveling the world for over 25 years. I have made over 80 trips to India sharing bread with the Rabari shepherds of Gujarat and dining with the Maharajas of Rajasthan. I walked from the mountains of Tibet to those of Ladakh, walking at an altitude of over 5000 meters; I lived with the Buddhist monks of Bhutan; I got lost in the tea plantations of Sri Lanka and played cricket in the Kolkata Maidan.

I am an expert in hospitality concepts. In my professional career I tested over 2000 hotels worldwide.
I have an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality criteria and taste of western travellers.

Hotel Experience Designer

Hospitality is not just a comfortable bed to sleep in: a hotel must be a living place of sociability and positive feelings. Therefore it is essential to understand what we, as hoteliers, want to communicate to the guest we host: this requires a hospitality concept that guides the work of hotel staff and managers every day.

The Hotel Experience is first of all made by people and then by structures. There are wonderful hotels that are unable to offer any hospitality experience because they have no hospitality concept behind. Hotels without vision are empty boxes: places for sleeping and not for living.

How to design a Hotel Experience?
Through briefings and inspections, the potential and limitations of the facility will be highlighted. Highlighting the strengths and minimising the weaknesses through simple design and decoration measures, we will elevate the customer experience and create the identity and uniqueness of our hotel.

Hotel Restyling

Hotel restyling is a process that is not necessarily costly, but if used in a coordinated manner by hospitality designers and interior designers, can enhance strengths and limit structural flaws, helping to improve the customer experience and consequently the rating of our establishment and market positioning.

Hotel restyling it is applied to existing establishments that do not require structural changes, but which need to reinvent themselves or to freshen up, and enhance the customer's enjoyment of their stay in the hotel.

Colors and Lights...

All it takes is a few touches of design and decoration, the use of lights and colours, and staff training to build a high-level customer experience and ensure that the customer's stay in our hotel is pleasant, rich in positive content and unforgettable: a place to feel at home and to return to.

First of all we are going to design a unique harmony of colours, lights, sounds, scents and natural decorative objects so that our hotel speaks one language, tells one impeccable and pleasant story.
To complete the hotel restyling process we will work on the human element: the staff that looks after the guest is certainly of great importance...

Travel Designer
Luxury Hotels and Resorts
Glamping and Boutique Hotels

For 25 years I have been organizing luxury experiences in India, Ladakh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Tibet, Vietnam, Oman, Chile and Peru, countries where I lived, which I have visited several times, and where I have organized numerous expeditions.

I collaborate with communication agencies, tour operators, travel agencies, hotels and resorts, Dmc and tourism organizations, creating marketing and communication contents, aimed at placing luxury experiences and brands on the market.
I deal with luxury boutique hotels, resorts and Spa, Ayurveda retreats and luxury camps, and I organize events in exclusive locations.

I think that travel is a natural medicine to love yourself and to love others: a regenerating experience that involves the body and mind in a path of inner growth and enrichment.

My books

In my travels around the world there is never a lack of note books, a pair of pencils, a white kurta pijama to blend in with the people, and the time to be alone, in silence, to write about emotions and encounters...
I have collected the many things about India in books and travel guides: North India, 330 million gods and one people (Polaris); South India, in the land of the gods (Polaris); Maldindia: because you cannot longer do without it (Polaris); Maldindia's travels (Scalpendi).
